Rueben Guerreiro & Esteban Chaves of EF Education-EasyPost Go 1/2 At Mont Ventoux Challenge
It’s been a tough year for the American team EF Education-EasyPost who have battled with a number of injuries and set backs, racing most of the year with as many as 50% of their riders unable to compete at a given time. However it seems that things are starting to click for the American squad as they take a huge win just days after a great performance at the Criterium Dauphine where Chaves pulled off a top 10 overall performance.
Guerreiro won the stage by 53 seconds ahead of his teammate Esteban Chaves who finished over 30 seconds ahead of the next closest competitor Michael Sorer of FDJ.
